Purity leads to peace!
Modern managers need to be mindful & compassionate and treat all with dignity and respect. A pure mind is always full of love and compassion and peace comes from purity of mind by obeying laws of nature. Everyone seeks peace and harmony! From time to time, we all experience impurity in mind like agitation, irritation and disharmony which make us unhappy. And when we suffer, we do not keep them to ourselves. We distribute them to others making the atmosphere unhappy. This is not a way of life.
Whenever wanted things do not happen and unwanted things happen, we start generating negativity. Now how to stop creating tension and remain peaceful? If we observe carefully, whenever an impurity arises in the mind, physically two things start happening simultaneously, first breath losses its normal rhythm and Second, at a subtler level, a biochemical reaction starts in the body, resulting in some sensations. Every impurity generates some sensations within the body.
With proper training and practice, it is easy to observe respiration and body sensation, which are directly related to mental defilements. As a result the impurities loss their strength and eventually disappear altogether and we live a peaceful life.
“Everyone talks about Dhamma but no one understands it.
Practicing purity of mind – this is true Dhamma.”
